To our customers

The Felt Store remains operational across the majority of our facilities and manufacturing partners. To ensure the safety of our staff and clients we have made some changes to our business processes:

US Customers
  • Our US shipping operations are open. Standard order processing times are between 1-3 business days. High volume orders may take longer.
  • Please note that once an order has left our facility there may be additional carrier wait times. For up to date information on carrier wait times please visit: FedEx updates.
  • Our US location is open to receive returns. For detailed return instructions please see our Returns / Refunds page.
Canadian Customers
  • Our Canadian shipping operations are open. Standard order processing times are between 1-3 business days. High volume orders may take longer.
  • Please note that once an order has left our facility there may be additional carrier wait times. For up to date information on carrier wait times please visit: Canada Post updates, for oversized packages please visit UPS updates.
  • Our head office and showroom located in Mississauga is open to the public as of Monday, July 5th. We kindly ask that customers wear a face mask while inside our facilities. Open hours are Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding holidays). Please visit our Contact Us page for further details. 
  • Local pick up orders are available for customers within Ontario. Please view our FAQ below for further details.
  • Our Canadian location is open to receive returns. For detailed return instructions please see our Returns / Refunds page.

The Felt Store is continuing to monitor the situation and we will keep everyone informed regarding any changes that must be made based off of the public health officials to ensure the health and safety of our community. Yes, orders are currently being shipped by both our US and Canadian shipping locations.

Standard processing times take between 1-3 business days. High volume orders may take longer.

Canadian Orders
Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Oversized packages are shipped via UPS.

US Orders
All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS smart post.

We are offering local pick up for Ontario customers. Please note the following:

  • Order processing times are between 1-3 business days.
  • A customer service representative will contact you when your order is ready for pick up with further instructions.
  • Pick up times are Monday-Friday between 9am to 5pm.
  • Pick up location: 2541 Wharton Glen Ave, Mississauga, ON L4X 2A8.
  • Due to COVID-19, wearing a mask or face covering is required while inside our facilities.
