To our customers

We are closely monitoring the developments of COVID-19 and its impact on our customers and employees. Please note:

US Customers
  • Our US shipping operations are currently open. Please note that we are working with reduced staff and will be prioritizing essential service orders. Regular orders may experience longer than usual wait times.
  • Our US location will not be accepting returns until further notice. We will be extending our 30-day return policy to accommodate this closure.
Canadian Customers
  • Our Canadian shipping operations are open. We will continue to operate during our regular business hours with shipments being shipped out in a timely manner.
  • Our head office and showroom located in Mississauga, Ontario is not accepting visitors at this time. Please place all Canadian orders online and we will process them as soon as possible.
  • *NEW - March 25 Our Canadian location will not be accepting returns until further notice. We will be extending our 30-day return policy to accommodate this.

The Felt Store is continuing to monitor the situation and we will keep everyone informed regarding any changes that must be made based off of the public health officials to ensure the health and safety of our community. Our shipping team will continue to ship all online orders in a timely manner until further notice.

Processing times will still be 1-2 business days until further notice.

If you are unable to pick-up your order or feel more comfortable getting your order shipped to you, please email us at sales@thefeltstore.com with your shipping address and we will get back to you with a shipping quote.
